I understand I will be charged a “dry-run” fee of $40.00 if the driver arrives and the door is locked preventing access.

I understand it is my responsibility to clean up the washer and/or dryer and agree to pay a clean up fee of $20.00 in the event I fail to clean up the washer and/or dryer.

I understand I will be billed for 30 days from the day I gave notice for pickup, per the rental agreement I signed.
